After separating from the military in 2003 and spending a lot of time searching the internet for information on military benefits, I realized the military doesn’t supply you the resources necessary to make an easier transition. As a Veterans Employment Counselor and working with veterans from all era’s, I learned once again, that the younger veterans separating from the military are still not given the resources to help them, and older veterans are still going about life not realizing what all is out there when it comes to military benefits.
This is where Transitioning Veteran Wiki comes in.
A very important section on Transitioning Veteran.com is the Wiki page. This is a page not to be overlooked by anyone in the military community, simply because it is where I list links to websites that I feel have the best information to help us veterans. Transitioning Veteran Wiki is a simple to navigate format that is constantly getting updated with new links to useful information, so always check back for new updates.
I literally spent years building Transitioning Veteran Wiki to where it is today. Searching the internet just about everyday when I separated from the military (while collecting unemployment), finding one website leading to another website with great information, I simply began bookmarking everything that looked honest and useful for not only myself, but for all veterans. Transitioning Veteran Wiki is a resource you cannot afford to miss, and the same goes for all families and supporters of the military community. It is a resource that will always be readily available for as long as we have veterans transitioning from military to civilian life and with the help from everyone, we can get this information out to all veterans.
Transitioning Veteran Wiki will always be a Free resource for all veterans and supporters to view.
